To ensure the above, the team is constantly on the lookout for deceptive projects. It is important to understand as a project owner, that you agree with the terms stated below.

PattiePad reserves the right to cancel your presale for the following reasons, but not limited to:

• Plagiarising content, artwork, games, or websites

• Smart contracts that compromise the safety of investors

• Smart contracts with exit/mint functions

• Deceptive behavior in presale contributions to inflate the total funds raised or no of contributors

• Deceptive behavior with regards to the KYC application

• Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward any of the PattiePad team or community
